Prices
At Pet-zhop, all prices are in Dollars (USD) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Errors and sold-out items are subject to change.
Payment
Pet-zhop accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment will only be charged to your account upon shipment of the goods. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. Price errors and sold-out/discontinued items are subject to correction.
Delivery
Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. We ship worldwide. Shipping prices start from $0. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Your items are shipped with various courier services.
Note: If the designated pickup location is full, your package will be moved to the nearest available location, and you will be informed. If issues arise, please contact customer service.
We deliver on all weekdays, and your items will arrive within 4–30 business days after placing your order.
Special delivery terms may apply to specific products, which will be outlined before purchase.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Pet-zhop will cover return shipping costs within reasonable limits.
Refunds
For refunds, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details are not sensitive and will only be used to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a 15-day full return policy for items purchased in our webshop.
The 15-day period begins on the day:
You receive your order.
You receive the last item in your order when multiple items are shipped separately.
You receive the last part of a shipment when dealing with goods delivered in multiple parts.
You receive the first item of a regular delivery schedule for goods delivered over a set period.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of your purchase and return the goods no later than 15 days after notifying us.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent via email to contact@pet-zhop.com, clearly stating your intent to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept delivery without notifying us.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Custom-made items or items with a clear personal touch.

Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.

Items where the seal has been broken.

Services already performed, where the service was started with your explicit consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully performed.

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where execution began with your prior consent.

Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions to such publications.

Public auction agreements.

Items that degrade or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 15 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of return shipping. Items must be securely packaged, and a copy of your order confirmation must be included.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back.
Condition of Returned Items
You are liable for any decrease in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functionality.
If the item has been used more than described, it will be considered used, and you may only receive a partial refund—or none—depending on the item's diminished value.
To receive a full refund, you may examine the product as you would in a physical store but must not use it.
Reimbursement
If you withdraw your purchase, the full amount you paid will be refunded.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund.
All payments, including shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive shipping option), will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 15 days from the date we received notice of your withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or documentation proving that it has been returned.

We process your personal data to deliver your order and handle any inquiries related to your purchase. Data processing is in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Pet-zhop, which outlines how your data is handled, when it is deleted, and your rights as a data subject.
